  3. Wanted persons and Participation Condition
  4. Wanted persons: 50 people first-come-first-served bases.
    Participant Age: 15-30 years old only as of July 28, 2015
    NOTE: Any participant over 30 years old is considered an observer and is subject to the same registration fee without the convocation kit.

  5. Registration Fee
  6. Registration Fee: 27,000 yen
    The fee includes convocation kit, meals, accommodation and tour.
    A little gift will be presented to everyone who applies for participation by March 31, 2015.
    Cancellation Fee:

    • 50% from June 16, 2015-July 15, 2015
    • 70% from July 16, 2015-July 26, 2015
    • 100% from July 27, 2013 onwards

  10. Please register through 26th Asia Area Convention Website.
    Please select the "AYC".

    Firstly, please register your personal information such as name, address, e-mail address. Then proceed to the registration for the AYC, and payment procedure.
    Once you have registered your personal information, by logging-in to your 'My Page' using your Login ID and Password which you decided by yourself, you can do the registration for the Convocation, payment procedure separately.

    Also you can alter, add and cancel your previous registration and reservation freely.

  11. The place to gather
  12. Host Committee team members will meet and guide all delegates arriving at North Arrival Lounge and South Arrival Lounge, Terminal 1, Kansai International Airport or at Hachijyo-guchi exit of JR Kyoto station.
    All the participants will be required to get on either the bus departing from :

    (1) Kansai International Airport at 1:00 P. M.
    (2) JR Kyoto station at 1:00 P. M.
    on September 29, 2015.

    Please choose (1) or (2).

    If your planned flight is not early enough to be in time, please arrange another flight which will arrive at Kansai International Airport by July 28, 2015.
    Arrangements and costs for that will be a personal burden.

  13. Dissolution location
  14. Day 5 (last day) after closing, I will send by bus. Please select the method of your choice.
    (1) around 3: 00 P.M. Kansai International Airport Terminal 1 building first floor north arrival and south arrival ports afternoon
    (2) around 1:00 P.M. JR Kyoto Station
    (3) local dissolution (The Westin Miyako Kyoto) around 0:30 P.M.
    *Please select the (3) If it is not selected the (1) (2).

  15. Use language
  16. The entire program will be conducted in English. Please note that interpreters will not be available.

  17. Payment
  18. At the time of registration, please pay by credit card in accordance with the instructions on the screen. 3% as a fee will be added to the invoice amount.

  21. Additional notes and explanation
    • Day 4 will participate in the Asian Area Convention dinner and go to the hotel. Dress in that case will be semi-formal. Please prepare.
    • If you have any allergy for meal, please let us know at the time of application.
    • If you have any note on the medical, please let us know at the time of application.
    • Before you leave from home, ensure you have adequate travel insurance to cover you for accidents and illness.
    • You should also leave the details of the venue with a family member or friend while you are away.
    • Please take particular note of the address for Kyoto Seminar House. You may be required to enter this information on the immigration card on your arrival.
